What is the exact model and drivers are you using ? I personally use the wireless Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer and have seen no interference with the TCP Optimizer whatsoever.
What Operating System are you using ?
What options did you use in the TCP Optimizer ?
Was that the only program that you ran ?
If you choose one of the restore options, and restore the backed up initial settings from your system, does the problem persist ?
Did you download the program from our site ?
