help!

my internet connection is really slow. im on a 1.5mbps plan but everytime i gets connected to the internet, it reaches only to about 0.34mbps.

im really pissed and i called my ISP and they said there's nothing they can do and they didn't tell me what's wrong. what could be wrong?

Also where are you running speed tests? try www.pcpitstop.com or dslreports.com speedtests and see if you are getting about the same for each..they are pretty reliable.

i went to the site you gave me and my connection timed out so i din really get to the site.

i went to pc pitstop and tested my download speed and i got a result of 229 kiloBITS per second. so slow.

what should i do?

There are a couple things we need to know before we can help you.

1. Is your connection Cable or DSL?

2 Copy and Paste your resullts from http://www.speedguide.net/analyzer.php

3. Are you using a Router, if so what type?
