*.dem to *.Mp3

I want to add Day of Defeat Demos to my member profile pages so each member can click on play demo and watch actual game footage from Day of Defeat(half-life)mod.I have seen other sites that have them and I was wondering is there a program I can download that will change the file format from *.dem to *.mp3 and anyone know a download to a player that will view these game footage demos instead of watching them in the consol?...need a reply soon,thank you!

use something called fraps or try using this tutorial, i have done it and it works well.

That tutorial gave me links to programs but they aren't working at all..if u could gimme a direct link to that fraps(?)program i'd sure be appreciative...
