3Com CMX Cable Modem

Does any one know if the 3Com CMX Cable Modem is good cause i've been getting only about 100k max download and 30k max upload and they claim download isn't capped so i'm just wondering if its the modem cause i've heard lots of people say they suck.

BTW - On At&t Road Runner's site they said you have less upload cause you don't use it as much LOL


Oh another thing my speed has also been dropping i used to be able to actually get 300/100k

I have that modem and Roadrunner/time warner,and I get 1950up and 360dn(kbps),and on actual downloading I get 200 to 250k.from dsl reports.

I know people on OOL that get 5Mbps+ with it.

Anything 3Com is most of the time very good.
