are these settings ok?

im a newbie here for the last couple of weeks. here are some of the tweaks in my registry, do they look ok?

defaultrcvwindow=32767
tcp1323opts=3
blackholedetect=0
pmtudiscovery=0
defaultttl=32

these are just some of the settings, what else should i look for?

well if you have fast cable or dsl those aren't gonna configure your modem for the fastest it could do.. I suggest using my cablenut patch or speedguide.net's.

ok, i downloaded the patch, and i am getting ready to install and try this out. when i am done, what do i need to look for as far as settings?
