ADSL Problem

I tried to get ADSL working on my Win98 pc, I'm connecting using NTS's Enternet 300. I'm able to connect and I can ping the local servers (ftp,dns etc) but that's it. I can't get web pages, email, ftp, and I went back to use my dial-up and it's now doing it also.
What is the problem???
