If your on RR and use Win95 or 98,do this
Get mtupatch95 or 98 off speedguide.net and get the newest version of ppp-boost,now execute the mtupatch,then open up ppp-boost,set the rcv window to 612720 then set the TTL to 127 WORX GREAT!
