Blackice problem

I have ran the BlackIce firewall for a couple years now. Recently I had one of my PCs go down and had to upgrade to the Win 2k SP4. It doesnt like Blackice, won't let me uninstall it. Says it is still running. I cant see where it is running. How do I delete all the blackice files from the PC and get it to work so I can get a firewall going again.
