big problem with DSL and a UBB

I have had a big problem with my DSL connection and my UBB.

I can never see my, or others, replies to posts when using DSL. Refresh never works and even if I shut down the browser and re-open replies won't show up for a considerable period of time.


I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to solve it.

Another thing: check IE settings, tools ->internet options -> temporary internet files -> settings
