New Cable ISP

My cable ISP provider is also my cable tv provider. Is it possible to change to cable ISP provider to something else? If so what cable ISP do you recommend? Any with no upstream caps?

You can only use what's available in your area, unfortunetly the only one that your cable MSO carries....

For example my cable company is AT&T, they use @Home as the cable internet provider, so it's put together like this: AT&T@Home

You will only be able to use what you have available in your area, so check with your local cable company and see what cable internet service they offer to your house...

Yup. Another example, I have Time Warner Cable. They provide Road Runner. So its like TIme Warner ROad Runner. Welcome to Speedguide.net!
