BEST OS for Pings?

Ok.. I play Alot of online games and low pings is a MUST for me.. Im on Win2k and I get good pings... usually 40=200 i play on.. Now what is the best OS for a lower ping?

(Mem usage, packet loss, OS throught on Network, etc, etc)

I agree.

Linux is much less a resource hog than any Microsoft product :)

Also a lot more stable.

Any OS really because the UDP stack has not changed much at all :(

It's just the gaming support that leaves a lot to be desired

but all the popular titles you can prolly get to work, I know Q3 runs REAL well :D
