i cant host in warcraft 3 i think it is a problem with my firewall

I am playing warcraft 3 in battle,net over a year now, it is a great game but the problem is that i cant host maps, i have tried toshut down firewall, disable it and so on....
But it never works i would really like someone to help me with that problem.
