Hello. I've been having the same problems as everyone else with the Azureus Bittorrent Client: My download speeds do not match my connection speed.
I've been setting up my configuration using static IP and port forwarding, as illustrated below, but I still don't get DL speeds higher than about 5-10kbps.
Can anybody glean the problem from the information below?
My Connection: 1024 down / 128 up
My OS: Win XP Pro SP 2
XP firewall disabled and no 3rd party firewalls or anti-virus installed.
