Just got ADSL.....what patches should I get?

Not that I'm complaining or anything, but ive read that some patches can give me better performance. I'm using Telus, with 1.5/down 512/up.

I see a few different pathes availible, and was wondering which one's you would reccomened I try.

System: 700 p3
256ram
20gb hd
WinME

Tweaks/patches will not help if you're already reaching your caps, so what are your actual speeds?

You could start out with the web page tweak
Your not gonna get better than the cap if its down like 40KB/sec you may connsider tweaking it
