Battlefield 2 cheats ?

Is there a cheat for Battlefield 2 to jump to the next section or make you with 100% health or something in single player ?

I'm trying to take out the jap carrier and battleship in the plane and I get toasted before I can get both of them blown up. I drop a few bombs on the carrier and I'm toast. For the last week each night for a 1/2 hour or so I fire it up and can't get by that one part.

Suggestions ?

lol...should be something about them on the back of instruction book ..can order there or just google ... i'm sure there are already a dozens of sites that have them....
