Dear People,
I'm using a speedstream 4060 for adsl internet in indonesia but the speed is sometimes even slower then my normal phone modem.
When I look in the advance stats for the modem 11 C is 0.
according to the parameter list I found on the net it should be 1, 2, 4 or 8.
when I try to use the auto config, it can not find any well known connection to use.
I have tried set it to Bridged (1), PPPoA VCMUX (2), PPPoA LLC (4), and PPPoE (8) but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Its weird that the modem keeps working when I change this parameter.
anybody have any idear what is going on?
It seems I have to pay a lot of money for a internet connection that is nothing more then a fancy phone modem type.....
