Have anyone experienced noticable speed decrease during peak times for @Home? If yes, what time?

Not all of @Home is the same. Each cable company runs things diff and things change too. For eg. I have ATT@Home and for the first few months my speed varied a lot during peak hrs, but in the last week or so I have gotten a spead increase, lower pings than usual and my speeds always seem to be 3-5mbps down/1 mbps up no matter what time of day/night.

I'm in Australia and yes, at night times, downloadings slow down real bad. I hope they fix this up soon. It's been happening for like about three weeks already. Gaming is still ok. I get the same pings as I will in the mornings.

i am in sacramento area, and peak time seems to be what you would expect: 7-8 a.m., and 7-9 p.m.

i do notice substantial slow downs during these times, as opposed to 10:30 p.m., when things start running much faster.
