Thanks for replying. Yes this is the only way to get on line and if I use a normal phone I can't get on line and I get only one green light, the far right one.

Have you tryed unpluging all the phones in your house there may be one wired backwards
all it takes is one.

I know I'm reaching on this one

Or have you tried to reverse the line where the high speed connects to the wall.

I wish I had seen or heard of this before.

I would start with the phones

Is this a self-install? If not, tell them to come out and install it correctly. Never heard of anything like this b4.

Do you have the filters on the phone jacks installed?

I have joined bell high speed and i'm having trouble getting on line unless i'm talking on the phone. Bell has givin me dozen's of suggestions none work. If anybody is having or had this problem please tell me Thank-you.
