I can get back to you later tonight, but the two fans are from the Antec lanboy that i pulled out. They are clear Antec. One has blue Leds and the other does not. As for the fan controller, i will get a link later tonight as well. The knob was too damn big for my door, and it wasn't worth returning, so its been sitting at my house for the last year :)
