need help in microsoft outlook express

when someone sends me and email with and attachment. i can't ever open the attachment for some reason. is there anything i can do so i can read the attachments that people send me.


by the way im running win xp

Open outlook and goto the Tools menu, then the Security tab. then uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened"

That should do it.
