What's the problem, Steve? My service has been fine since they fixed the problems the first few days into December. I am also in Sacto. Just got these speeds earlier:

Your download speed : 3544274 bps, or 3544 kbps.
Browsers would show : about a 432.6 k/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 860215 bps, or 860 kbps.
Your connection rocks .. above the 1mbit barrier!

yeah, since they fixed the problem i have been one happy guy.

speeds great all day and night, e-mail working.

i have no problem paying $40 for this service now.
