Hi I use @home, but I've not installed any of their software at all so I can't access their site to configure my email and all. I had a url once that allowed me to add email addresses to my current account and all, so can anyone tell me that url? If you have the software installed, it should be accessible from the homepage

I am not sure what you mean by configure your email. I don't have the @home sofware and Outlook Express, Outlook and Netscape work just fine with the email addresses given to me by @home over the phone. To get to @home, try typing www (three w's) in the address bar then hit enter.

I am in the same boat you are. I called @home tech support. I cant remember the url they gave me but I do know you have to be running through there proxy before you can access it. Not sure if it helps but I do know @home tech support will get you to the web page.

Clicking the above (excite) URL and typing WWW get you to two entirely different websites. The excite address gets you to the public excite webpage. Typing WWW and then pressing ENTER takes you to an @home page and then from there you click on the link for the @home START page. Then you can click on MEMBER SERVICES at the top right-hand side of the page and get all the info you need.

No proxy needed. No special @home software needed.

Never add a period when posting an URL. This URL will take you to the @home page:
http://home.excite.com/

The above URL had a period at the end and defaulted to the public excite page.

Once you do get there -

Good Luck getting the darn site to work!

Took me days of trying before I finally could add a couple email accts.

And THEN -

Good luck with using dem accts... !!!

(haven't been able to access the WebSpace set-up yet either...)

No complaints on the speed Im gettin from @Home, but IMO, their member services site blows.

Their email service blows. I haven't had any trouble adding/removing emails; haven't tried to utilize my web space yet b/c I like GeoCities.
