I dont know what the prob is but this thing is so slow I have the 1.5mbps and it doesnt do it. I've had the lines checked by the phone comp and they say I have great line spped so they said I have spyware so I bought Norton antivirus system works and spyware remover and it got worse . Ihave 44 GB's of hard drive space left. So anyway nothing helped so now I've done a system restore and still no better
