Can't Log Into Router from another pc

I have a netgear fr314 & I was wondering what I was doing wrong when I tried to log into the router using the WAN IP and it kept giving me errors. I can log into the router when I enter the gateway from the pc the router is connected to, but that it. Does anyone know how to access this router from it's WAN IP.

Log into the router through the LAN address and enable remote WAN administration. You may have to enter a port number. I suggest you go to netgear's web site to find out what the default port number is.

Right, WAN admin is usually disabled by default, you have to enable it.
