I've been having frequent loss of connection problems with @Home in San Diego. They say that they haven't had any other reports for my area though. Tech is coming out on Tue morning.

Forgot to add that this has only been for the last 3-4 days only.

Yes, I had the exact same problem. Apparently @Home nationwide experienced some sort of problem, and a number of customers had their connections dropped. I finally got back online last night. Keep calling and asking them to resolve the problem. In my case reprovisioning was required. When your service is restored, call them back and ask for a credit on your account for the time you were down.

Hope that helps!

Seems my @Home mail server is down now. I've tried the usual: using netmail.home.com in my incoming POP3 server window, still no go. I've also tried substituting some other @home mail servers I found listed on mailstart.com, and still can't receive mail. Is there anything that I'm forgetting?

Thanks.

I'm having the same problems in Chula Vista only mine occur regularly.

See my response to @homesux, "Finally, someone @home...."
