1. Close out of all running programs, Virus,
Firewalls, anything to do with Norton, ICQ, anything.
2. Go to your test site or download site, a fast download site is www.happypuppy.com (http://www.happypuppy.com) and click on the 10 demos, I believe the SWAT is 86 Megs so that will do.
At the top of IE where it says tools, click on it, internet options, and click on Delete files, this just clears your system of temp files and will not harm your system, this is very important.
Run your test or download
