Hey guys, I just installed a new wireless router and stuck my server behind it. Normally my server sits outside in the wan but with this new router I decided to stick in the lan.

I need to check for open ports and any venerabilities from outside like a hacker would use.

Any suggestions?

Run Linux apps on Windows. Just gotta grab the source code from said apps and compile and run them through cygwin

NMAP can be run on windows, via a performance hit.
Nessus, you should setup a nix box dedicated to it. Yes it's that good.
