Does anyone have SprintION?

They claim that their ADSL has 8Mbps/1Mbps download/upload speed. Just want to know how reliable they are before switching to them.

I have the Sprint ION xt2 plan.. here's what im getting:

in laymans thats around 870K/s down and 100K/s up.

Its kinda buggy.. the adsl part of their service hasn't gone down at all, but the phone lines have had lots of problems. Also, all their customers' gateways are in Reston, VA, and pings aren't that great. Im in California, and I ping 82ms to a Californian T3, but it could be lower...

Then again, I am a major gamer, and I dont really notice any lag at all. Everything seems speedy to me.

i am scheduled to get it on next wed but i might have to get put off a week to get a grounded outlet but so far seams so good i am close to the co and i only got the bacis but it took time to get to the install stage im in dallas tx far far north but the customer service seams good when i called in to check up 2 weeks before the soft install date the girl said hold on then said ok im ready to schedule a firm date but again i might have to put it off a week
