outlook express & unwanted attachment

1 of my pc sends out the mail with extra / unwanted attachment. some of the receivers can open the mail and see the attacment- it is not clear with wired characters shap, canot be open and other receivers canot gaet the mail as their antivirus doesnt let them do so . appreciate your help. is there any sotware (if possible good & free) to privent it or clean it?

I'm having the same problem with hotmail. I've sent pictures to people and they've received the text, picture and other unwanted attachments (pictures of scantily clad people!). I have McAfee with antivirus, firewall, privacy and spamkiller. The recipient also has Mcaffee. What can we do?
