ADSL modem IRQ conflict

I finally got my ADSL modem hooked up and running that's to the guys who responded in my prior post but I've run into a possible snag.

I install a second NIC in the main puter and it loads fine with no errors, but it is useing IRQ 9 which is what my VOODOO3 card is using as well. If I go into system properties, in the resources, it says "no conflicts". Is this fine or should I do something about it to change the NIC to another IRQ.

As long as the Device Manager reports no conflicts/probs and your not having any probs w/your net connection, leave it as is. Most devices today can share IRQs w/o any probs.

BTW, what OS are you running?
