Hi! I am ready to set up a DSL connection over my peer to peer network. I am currently using analog X's prxy software which worked great over my 56k connection(albeit SLOW) What is the best way to implement DSl into this picture?thanks.

If you have been using that progam and its been working for you with the proxy on 56k then there is no reason to change..
It should work the same just remember that if & when you tweak your connected machine that you tweak the client as well.

Now if your looking to have a little more control or need more info on networks and proxy then go here http://www.avirt.com and get there .pdf files they have some good stuff in there files..

I use ther proxy software and every computer is fast and it works well with other programs

You just need a "server" PC w/proxy soft (or ICS - built-in to 98se, 2k, and ME) and 2 NICs, one for the DSL modem, one for the LAN. TCP/IP stack on the DSL modem NIC should be setup w/your ISP's settings. The TCP/IP stack for the LAN NIC should have an IP and subnet mask of 192.168.0.1 and 255.255.255.0, respectively. As for your clients, they should be setup dynamically.
