ok when i have no apps open i still see inbound and outbound traffic...whenever i BLOCK ALL i still see inbound traffic...
NDIS user mode I/O driver ..is the one doing the outbound traffic..what i nthe heck is it anyways
bearshare seems to be doing things when it is not even open...
any help would be great!
