I just need to know if anyone else had there upload capped just recenlty to like 25k because me and my friend are like capped at 25k so i was just wondering if it happened to anyone else.

I have comcast@home in Sacramento I am capped downstream @ 25KB (128Kb).

You might be capped but:
25KB = 200kb
25KB = 200kb

Uh, its not 25KB/sec! Your capped at 3mbit down, 128kbps up!

sorry I had a typo :D is comes out to about 15KB right?
