Does anyone have a clue to increase upload speed. My limit now is 16kB/s while my download has no limit (goes as high as 300kB/s)
(home.com cable connection)

Most of @Home is capped at 128kbps (~16KBps) up.

I have the same problem and I have no limit to upload....
what I need to do to increase upload speed??

I recommend downloading the CABLENUT program made by DANNJR and CABLENUT, you can get it here, http://microsystems.homestead.com/Win2k.html

If you are capped at 128 there is no way to change it. You are stuck with it. believe me. No patch will change this.May just bring you right to the cap. Thats about it. Not unless your provider is offering a high upload speed you are stuck with it. GoodLuck!
