Most people know I have complained that the DSLR Tweak Test is unable to report your correct RWIN if you set RWIN over 65535.

However, it looks like the PCPitstop bandwidth tests IS reporting back the correct large RWIN: http://www.pcpitstop.com/bandwidth.asp

I don't know if the Speed test there is all that accurate -- my first upload test came back with minus 4 kbps!!! But the RWIN numbers seem to be right.

Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

Pcpitstop reports what is in your registry :)

PcPit stop uses a active X control to look in your reg and find your current RWIN. It is no way accurate in determining real internet RWIN :)

Yes but we must find a site that will tell us the RWIN that is getting out,not whats in registry, I hear Cablenut might open such a site

Dang!! You guys are right. I was hoping PC Pitstop was actually measuring it.

But I just set my RWIN to an odd number (200,001) and that is the exact numbet PC Pitstop reported back to me... Ooops! Can't have an odd number if scaling multiplies the window field by a factor of TWO!

Good luck cablenut. I look forward to it!! Thanks again.

Not only is PC Pitstop NOT measuring your RWIN, the Administrator had NO idea that it could even be done!!! Very disappointing! Oh well, live and learn.
