gettins spammed with tons of p0rn

i never entered or subscribed for any porn sites but im getting tons of it in my email lately.
Also receiving EMpty email messages,wtf is up with that.
Anyone can help me find some filter or SOMETHING how to get rid off it ?

PS: Also receiveing emails from tigerdirect,staples,canadian tire 1 email once a week and i would like to keep them.

System is windows XP Pro, SP2

Do you use an e-mail client with any spam filters? If not, can try a 3rd party one like Cloudmark
Does your mail host have any spam filtering options?
Don't click on any of the "Please remove me from your list" links on the bottom of any spam mails, that just raises the value of your e-mail account to the spam lists....as they now know there's a live body there.
Some people enter a buddys e-mail address into porn site signup sections, as a joke towards someone. It might fade out soon because of that.

I dont use my email address online,only my hotmail email (and in spite of the facts im not getting spam there :eek: )
And my email address isnt on any website.

Your ISP might have someone who spends time maintaining the spam filter...if so, forwarding junk mail that you get will help them add that junk to their filters....therefore improve their system.

just disable cookies, when they are not required.

cookies can send lots of information about ur browsing habits to ad servers

i got tons of spam when i entered my email address here at SG
using mailfrontier and it rocks
gonna change isp very soon and "enter email address" is gonna be registered under yahoo hotmail or postsk only
