Help!!!!!!!!

Maybe im just lost, but why can't i find out what my ping is, or how do I find it. im on cable if that helps thx.

Hi Cpt,
Go to DOS mode and type in "ping" - space - and then your gateway or for example www.nba.com (http://www.nba.com) or any site you want. Don't type in the quotes marks and it should look like this:

c:\ping 12.23.34.5 or c:\ping www.nfl.com (http://www.nfl.com) hit enter.

To get out of DOS......type exit.

Yep, Cpt...that's good!!
When I ping my gateway, I always get 19ms and I am very happy.

Yup, 11ms is excellent. I usually get 10-35 when pinging my gateway. When I'm not getting packet loss, that is.
