Hi,
Wehn I use winipcfg on my terayon cablemodem, and do a 'refresh all', I recieve a message ' Can't find DNs server or something.
Does this look familiar? Is the problem on my side or is it on the ISP side.
Who can help?
TheBeast
DO you mean unable to find DHCP server?
If so, this is more than likely an ISP problem. But you should go through normal troubleshooting procedures to make sure.

I got that sometimes too, it is usually the ISP. My TeraPro modem purss like a cat after my old RG59 drop was replaced with a RG6 drop.

Donald,
That's for the answer but I'm not a wizzkid myself.
Could you explain the rg56 drop thing and replacement by a rg6?
Sorry for my ignorant.

The BeastSimply put, he had the cable going to his modem, which was RG59(older stuff), replaced w/a newer/better cable (RG6). http://www.speedguide.net/ubb/smile.gif
