i play this online game, and they have a cheat patch for it, there is 1 guy who makes cheats but he sells them, anyways i have paid for em but then he ripped me off, i have them and they worked for a bit but now he has turned them off threw his server, willing to send the files to someone if they can help me maybe remake or make or just help me out in any way, maybe i can give some $ for a reward for helping.

Given the general feeling most people on this board have towards people who use cheats and hacks in online gaming, I'd say you'd have a long road ahead of you finding someone here that'll help you with that...

that is very tru, although this is a 7yr old game and only a certian few still play it. its not new nor is it a big online game. the main point for doing this is the fact i was jacked, i dont really have to have the a program created but if maybe someone can help me read the files or maybe help me understand something.
