We have recently moved house(only down the road really) and after having my NTL cable reconnected to our new house it is only running at about 350kbps I am finding this very odd as nothing has been changed on the PC at all.

I have been in touch with NTL and they have said it all seems fine their end and they are sending an engineer in a few days, although I asked a friend to bring his laptop over to connect to my modem, after running a few speed tests it is returning full speed

So basically it looks like a PC problem then, any help greatly appreciated :)

Sussed it YAY! NTL guy came today, and said line/modem were fine(thought so TBH) Before he left, he gave me a USB to modem adaptor, I tried that, and speed was normal, so I uninstalled that, and plugged in a spare ethernet adaptor I had, and now all is well...so the onboard ethernet is f**cked then, ah well, sorted now-happy bunny again :thumb:
