I will be receiving an Efficient SpeedStream 4060 USB modem from BellSouth this next Wednesday. I have heard alot of bad things about it (problems installing drivers, DUN errors, etc.) and I was wondering, which operating system (WinME or Win98SE) would be better to run the modem on?
