anyone have connection difficulty with earthlink ADSL

is anyone have connection difficulty with earthlink dsl in N. California? please tell me how to do. i have been call to tech support everyday to ask the situtation of DSL. the answer is still down. this happened more than one week. if u r the earthlink customer, u can ask them to have a refund for a whole month, which cost $49.95. don't let them to eat u money....

On a better note I heard they will be getting new routers in soon for your area and the the atlanta section that has been over loaded for a while..

Washington DC has had real bad problems
and a few other areas along with yours
I know its a pain but when they do get it straight it should be fine.
They grew up just to fast and the equipment just wasn't there as it was expected..

So make sure you call tell them your not happy that you have to use the Dialup and make sure they don't charge you...

I have had there service for 4 months now and if I talk to them the right way I have had no problem...

I hope they get you fixed soon so keep us up to date

thank you u advice. but i just call in today, the DSL still down in N. CA area. the even don't know when it will be fix. they just let me to use the dial up account from earthlink. right now it kind of the mess inside the earthlink DSL.

if anyone have same kind of the problem as me, please leave a message. thank you
