connect router to hub w/2 ISP accounts

Hi. I have to install a network to a client that has two isp different acounts.
One of them as a web server and the other one they want to create a wirelles lan.
So I suggested to connect the web server into one port hub and the other port connect a wireless router and create the lan behind the router.
Now, two things:
1.- Do you think this will work?
2.- Do I have to use a crossover cable to connect the hub and the router?

I don't see why there is a need for 2x separate ISP accounts. Why not just put the entire LAN behind the router, including the web server? That way the NAT of the router protects the entire LAN, including the web server, and you only have to forward port 80 to the web server...much more secure.

There is no need. They already have them.
But what I wrote should work rigth?

So the router is a wireless one. And there will be both kind, wirellles and wired. I have to configure all the machines to get DHCP automatically I suppose.
