WindowsME cable tweaks?

Are there any tweaks to increase my cable speed in WindowsME? I have a SURFboard 3100d.

Use the same tweaks as you would for Win98. Either use the squide_98 tweak found here, or cablenut's tweak. I'm using cablenut's.
