OK...I have had Cable since Jan of 2000, over a year now, with NO UPLOAD cap, they now decide to cap me, my question is how can they justify making me pay the same amount of money when they DOWNGRADED my performance and capped me at 128kps. I was getting around 900+ before. Is there anything that I can do to make them give me a cut in rate for this? I dont see how they can legally do this. Was the license agreement maybe different back then where when I signed it that could make me get a cheaper rate or something. I love my service, have been so happy with it till now. Please let me know. Thanks!!

It's not a business service, so nothing is guaranteed. Now, if you had a hell of a lawyer, you might find something in the AUP/TOS to use against them, but do you have enough resources to pull it off? Be happy your service works.

It says in the AUP when you signed up that the upload cap is 128kbps, so sorry, you were paying for 128kbps when you got more.
