Citrix client fails on Cable connect

I spent a lot of money to get Citrix metaframe working on my WIN2000 server so I could work from home. Dial up works ok. DSL from the outside works fine also. I get a can't connect error when trying to hit my server with my Optonline cable connection.

Any one have any ideas? I can ping my server IP, and tracert.

I called the cable company, they sent someone out, telling me squirrels were munching my wire.
