Hijacked!

OK this seems weird to me .. I just got Spybot Search & destroy, and the first search i did something called SafeguardProtect.Veevo came up Under kind it says (5 entries).. after that i did another scan, and got nothing. After rebooting my computer I did another scan and got the same SafeguardProtect.veevo

Anyone know what this is, what its linked to and how the hell i get it off my computer?
