Windows update weirdness

Okay, I have 21 PC's all the same configuration/OS etc. Anyway, the other day I was doing windows updates on all of them. All were picking up about 5 updates except 1 which picked up 6.

Update "6" was showing up as the mydoom, zindos doomjuice removal tool.

WTH!? all 20 were ok except this one. Wouldn't NOD32 be screaming at me if indeed this machine had a virus?

I'd run the Symantec removal tool for it in safe mode, just to get a second opinion. The removal tools usually say if they found anything or not, and leave a logfile.

I ran the removal tool in safe mode as suggested and it did not find anything. I then went to windows update to see if that removal tool was there again and it was not.

That removal tool is just part of the Update ..I dont think it means you actually have it. Thats just a patch for it.
