I received the above error message when attempting to use Norton Ghost to backup my PC (Windows XP - without SP2) to my Iomega external drive.
I checked the Symantec online "Knowledge Base" and tried both driver settings (the USB 1.1 option is greyed out).
The Iomega file backup software works perfectly, so it is not a hardware problem.
The Iomega external drive is running USB 1.1.
Thoughts or suggestions on how I can get Norton Ghost to work?

 I am having the same problem.
I cna do the automatic backup using the iomega software but when I try Norton Ghost I get the abort errror message 40213@find message.
Have you had anyone help you solve the problem yet?
I am using windowsxp home edition with sp2
You must create the ghost boot floppys with usb 1.1 support added to them, else it will not work. Don't start the image process from the ghost app when in windows, use the app to only make the boot disks with usb 1.1 drivers. Then shutdown and boot using the floppies.
