I downloaded the tauscan.exe program, but it gives an error message "I/O Error..THis is caused by bad installation media or corrupt file" and aborts.

Edit:
I downloaded again and it installed fine.

After installing it, I ran it. It ran for about an hour and hung. I had to kill it via the task manager. It seems to be an unstable app.
